Your first conversation will likely be with a recruiter where you will be asked about your educational and professional experiences or medical training. You will be also asked about what is important to you in your career search so that we can provide you valuable information about Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group.
If selected by a hiring manager, you may be invited to an interview (either virtual or in-person). Physician candidates may also go on a tour and meet other Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group physicians at this time.
You will be asked to complete a more detailed formal employment application as well as provide employment references through an online reference checking system.
If you are selected to join us (yay!), you will receive an offer of employment with a specific signing period.
Once you formally accept employment with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medicine Group, our HR Operations team will work with you to fulfill requirements around work eligibility and pre-employment screening. For physicians that accept an offer of employment, our Physician Services team will be in touch to facilitate your applications for required medical licenses and credentialing. Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medicine Group will cover costs related to your application fees.
