Emotional Support Programs: MAPMG strives to create a culture that fosters psychological safety and emotional well-being by having resources and support networks available during challenging times. We offer comprehensive mental health benefits and have a robust peer support program for physicians who experience a professional or personal crisis, or a normal reaction to an adverse event or stressful outcome, also called a "second victim experience.” We also provide mental health awareness and suicide prevention training and resources to promote a help-seeking and help-giving environment at MAPMG.
