Second Victim Peer Support Program. Comprehensive support and guidance for physicians who experience a normal reaction to an adverse event or stressful outcome, also called a "second victim experience."
 

Working Minds Program. Mental health awareness and suicide prevention training and resources to promote a help-seeking and help-giving environment at MAPMG.book.

Clinician Experience Project Video-based learning resource available to all MAPMG physicians with hundreds of short skill-building videos that have been developed by physicians and, for physicians. The resources are designed to turn everyday challenges into sustained improvement in clinician well-being and resiliency, patient experience, clinical team performance, quality and safety, and more.
Electronic Health Record Efficiency and Optimization Training and programs designed and taught by MAPMG physicians to help you learn how to navigate the Electronic Health Record more quickly and efficiently. With a "save time everyday" mentality, the trainings and programs offer tips and techniques to help reduce the day-to-day workload.
Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Advantage Program Finding a work/life balance is a challenge, especially when you work in a busy, thriving medical practice. MAPMG's partnership with Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Advantage is your safety net when planned and unplanned personal and family needs arise. From school holidays, snow days, respite care, recovery from an illness or surgery, assistance for an elderly relative, if your kids are mildly ill, or if a regular caregiver calls in sick or quits, this program offers subsidized back-up care for emergency child care, adult/elder care, and self-care needs.
Employee Assistance Program With family, relationship, work, and personal demands, sometimes life can be overwhelming. MAPMG offers a free, confidential, 24/7 Employee Assistance Program to help you through it all, including career issues, caregiving and relationship support, financial and legal assistance, mental wellbeing counselors and resources, crisis support, and more via in person or telephonic sessions.
