Our Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic region achieved a rating of 5 out of 5 from the National Committee for Quality Assurance for our commercial (private) health insurance plan, a recognition of our outstanding patient care, treatment, prevention and patient experience. We are the only health plan in the nation to receive 5 out of 5 for a commercial (private) plan for the past six years in a row of NCQA ratings. 1
